Our team processes and ships orders Monday to Friday.

The total delivery time includes both processing and shipping:

• Processing time: 24 to 72 business hours after order confirmation
• Shipping time: 8 to 10 business days 

During high-demand periods or exceptional circumstances (logistics disruptions, weather conditions, etc.), an additional delay of 3 to 5 business days may occur.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
