REFUND & RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date.
If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Each order is eligible for only one exchange. Any additional exchanges will be at your expense.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- A proof of purchase is required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Health & personal care items
Hygiene Policy (Important)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Intimate products
- Opened cosmetic products
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Provide photos of the product and packaging
We will either:
- Replace the item at our expense
- Or issue a full refund
PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item is not in original condition
- The item is damaged (not due to our error)
- The return is made after 14 days
EXCHANGE OPTIONS (SPECIAL CASE)
For non-returnable items (such as swimwear or underwear):– Exchange
We can send you a replacement (different size/model).
Shipping costs will be at your expense, and you may keep the original item.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 24–72 hours
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Delivery times may be affected by external factors.
- Delays under 30 days → NOT eligible for refund
- Delays over 30 days → Eligible for refund upon request
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled before processing or shipping.
If the order has already been shipped:
- Cancellation is no longer possible
- You must wait to receive the item and request a return
REFUNDS AFTER SHIPPING
To receive a refund after shipping:
- You must wait for delivery
- Then return the item following our return process
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Smartilano is not responsible for lost packages due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
In this case, no refund will be issued.
UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer absence
- Failure to pick up the package
Then:
- Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
If the customer refuses reshipping and requests a refund:
- A $19 processing fee will be deducted
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your bank
- Processing times may vary

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
⚠️ Do NOT send returns to the address on the package.
Contact us first to receive the correct return address.
